Day 1 -5. In this phase your body is working hard. Therefore, the shed blend is designed for the deepest rest of your cycle. Warm, sweet and grounding. Your body knows what it wants and often it's solitude and rest.
Three teas for the four phases of your cycle. This bundle brings together Bloom, Shed and Root, so you have a tea for every week of the month.
Each tea is made for a different part of your cycle: Shed during your period, Bloom in the weeks after, up to and around ovulation, and Root in the days before your next period.
Save €4.85 versus buying the three teas individually.
All three teas formulated in Sri Lanka by VEDDA, doctors of Ayurveda and Hela Wedakama. Ethically sourced. Small-batch production. 100% natural. Using traditional methods.
Each pouch is approximately 100g - around 15–20 cups per tea bag.
Three teas for the four phases of your cycle.

Your cycle is not one moment. It is four seasons, in four weeks, repeating.
We built the Cycle Bundle for the women who are learning to live with those seasons instead of overriding them. Not just to track them or to optimize them.
A drink that matches your energy that belongs to the phase you are in.
If you have already been paying attention to your cycle, then these tea´s support the path you are already on. Something you can hold, in a phase-aware practice you have mostly been doing in your head.
Acknowledging your phases and creating little rituals around them, makes a big difference in how you feel.
Here's how each blend fits your cycle.

Day 1 -5. In this phase your body is working hard. Therefore, the shed blend is designed for the deepest rest of your cycle. Warm, sweet and grounding. Your body knows what it wants and often it's solitude and rest.

Day 6-16. For the rising, outward, estrogen-led arc of your cycle. Light, gently adaptogenic, uplifting. Bloom serves both the follicular days and ovulation because they share the same underlying rhythm.

Days 17 - 28. For the second half of your cycle, when things start to soften and the world starts to feel a little louder. Grounding, gently sweet and quieting.
