A herbal tea crafted to support balance in the female reproductive system, formulated in Sri Lanka by VEDDA, doctors of Ayurveda and Hela Wedakama.
This blend was made to bring harmony to the body's most rhythmic systems: supporting healthy digestion and metabolic regularity.
PCOS asks you to know your body in ways most people never have to. This tea is a small daily ritual, made to sit alongside everything you already do. Not a treatment. Not a fix. Just ten warm minutes that are yours.
It awakens steady agni (digestive fire) and gently regulates internal balance. A renewal of indigenous Sri Lankan wisdom, made for the modern body.
Made in Sri Lanka by VEDDA. Ethically sourced. Small-batch production. 100% natural. Traditional methods.
This tea is a small, gentle daily ritual made from four traditional Ayurvedic herbs
It is not a treatment for PCOS. It is not a medication. It will not regulate your cycle, balance your hormones, or replace anything your doctor has prescribed.
What it is: warmth, softness and ten minutes of quiet, in a body that often asks a lot of you. A daily ritual, on your terms.
We do not think that is a small thing.
The blend is made from four ingredients, chosen for what they have offered women in the Ayurvedic tradition for centuries.
Dry ginger is warm, grounding and softly stimulating. It's the centre of the blend.
Namal stamens are the stamens of the sacred iron wood tree, native to Sri Lanka. Aromatic and cooling in nature. Balances the warmth of the ginger.
Rose petals are traditionally used in Ayurveda as a cooling, softening companion for women's wellness. Adds a floral note.
Licorice is sweet, soothing and grounding. It rounds the flavour and gives the tea its long, warm finish.
As a morning ritual, before the day asks you to be many things.
In the middle of a busy afternoon, when you need a ten-minute pause that is only for you.
In the evening, especially on the days your body has been loud and you want a moment of quiet before you sleep.
Vedda advises to consume the morning and evening for 3 weeks, followed by a 1-week break
Is this a treatment for PCOS? No. It is a supportive daily ritual, made from traditional herbs, and it is not a substitute for medical care. Please continue to work with your healthcare provider on anything related to your PCOS management.
Is it caffeine free? Yes. Naturally caffeine free. Suitable to drink from morning to evening.
Can I drink it during pregnancy? Please consult your healthcare provider before adding new herbal teas during pregnancy. Licorice is one of the ingredients in this blend and is generally best avoided in pregnancy.
Is it safe to drink daily? Yes, for most people. A cup a day is a gentle daily ritual. If you are on medication or have specific health concerns, please check with your healthcare provider.
How long does one pouch last?Around 15 to 20 cups, depending on how you brew.

Provide yourself with ease by making time for this daily ritual
Ayurveda stands for taking care of yourself. Don't heal with medicine, but take action before you get sick. Ayurveda translates from Sanskrit as the"science of life"or"knowledge of longevity." Your digestion fire (agni) influences many other processes in your body, it's one of the core principles that Ayurveda focusses on.
